Dear Customers,
Little Poppet will never, under any circumstances, request your bank account details or credit card information via SMS or phone. We will never ask you to go to a bank counter or operate an ATM.
If you receive suspicious calls or messages, please stay vigilant and do not follow any instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately or call the National Police Agency's 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.
⚠️ Stay Alert for the Following:
Suspicious Caller IDs: Be extremely cautious of calls starting with "+", "+2", or "+886". Scammers often spoof phone numbers to impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities.
Unknown Links & Invites: Do not click on suspicious links or accept LINE friend invitations/SMS messages from unrecognized sources.
Common Scams: Scammers often claim there was a "duplicate order" or an "accidental installment plan setting" to gain your trust before asking you to use online banking or an ATM.
Protect Your Accounts: If a call involves banking matters, please call your bank directly. If a caller asks you to operate an account or provide private data, please refuse immediately to minimize risk.
🔐 Security Tips:
To enhance your information security, we recommend:
Changing your password regularly.
Using strong passwords (a mix of uppercase/lowercase letters and numbers).
Avoiding entering your login credentials on public computers.
Little Poppet wishes you a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
