Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the day the product is delivered to you.
If you need to request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide the following information: Name, Order Number, Contact Phone Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return (with photos). Our team will assist you with the process upon receiving your request.

Terms & Conditions

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and free from man-made defects, stains, or malfunctions. The original packaging (including the outer cardboard box) must be kept intact; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Returns cannot be accepted in the following circumstances:

  1. Requests made after the 7-day appreciation period.
  2. The product has been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, malfunctions, breakage, wear and tear, abrasions, scratches, or dirt).
  3. Minor creases on the outer packaging box that do not affect the quality of the product itself.
  4. The packaging of the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or missing accessories.
  5. Malicious or high-volume returns.
  6. For returns or refunds requested due to personal reasons: If the same product is ordered again in the future, requests for further returns or refunds for that item will not be accepted.


Return Process

Contact Customer Service → Confirmation of Eligibility → Prepare the Complete Product (including all original packaging)→ Provide Pickup Time and Contact Details (Address/Phone) → Ship the Item Back to Us → Return Confirmed & Processed


Refund Policy

Credit Card Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited directly back to the original credit card account used for payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
